Verizon Fios G1100 Quantum Gateway AC1750 Wireless Wi-Fi Router
This was purchased because Verizon won't upgrade my 2013 router and I wanted dual-band. The seller said there was no Frontier firmware, however they lied. There are ways to remove it, but I just bit the bullet and upgraded to the TriBand 4x4. Naturally, they didn't give me a break for eight years of autopay and having already upgraded the OTR.
Anyhow, this does work with Verizon FiOS and is made for it. You can use it with the Frontier firmware or remove it and install the Verizon firmware. There are plenty of fora online to do it and a million YT videos.
It's a good item. I just upgraded after a few months of use. WORKS ON VERIZON FIOS.
